Taormina is named after our beautiful new bulldog puppy, who in turn is named after the Sicillian town where we got engaged. Like her, it is just the right amount of sweetness with a little bit of sass and fresh as her daisy harness!
We have called this Limoncello in honour of the shots we sank after our engagement, but don't be fooled... this gin doesn't need a sugary hit for its sweetness. It’s made entirely from natural fresh ingredients including Amalfi lemons and lemon thyme for complexity and depth. The mouthfeel is as smooth and creamy as limoncello but this is far more refreshing and full of zest.
