Our purest gin expression. Juniper forward, rich and bold with botanical complexity from locally foraged douglas fir, crab apple and red clover. This is a robust, smooth and flavoursome traditional London Dry Gin.
Housed in a premium organically shaped Italian glass bottle, with pictures of the Peak District beaming through a luxury double sided label, adorned with leather cord and complete with a hand made and hand glazed stoneware millstone, made by Ade and fired in our pottery on the farm. Topped off with a walnut closure and paper topper. This is a true artisan product and an amazing spirit to enjoy yourself or gift to a loved one.
