A sour for the season, inspired by one of our favourite iced drinks. It’s sweet, spiced and refreshingly crisp. Fresh apple juice pairs with smooth caramel and brown sugar sweetness, topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon spice.
Heavy sage leads an angular and heady camphorous palate. Subtle bitterness throughout, the heaviness conjures the flavor of singed, oily rosemary leaves. Creamy licorice root comes through late, as does a hint of lemon.
