Verdant - Biggest Stupid Westy

For Biggest Stupidest Westy, we took a simple, stripped-down approach to craft an incredibly refined, mature take on the West Coast style. We used a single malt (pilsner malt) to create a very pale beer. It was assertively bittered with rasping hop varieties and fully saturated throughout the boil, whirlpool, and dry hopped with vibrant Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin. Classy and extremely drinkable for an 8% ABV!
