Our new Persistence Is Utile Imperial Stout sees us team up with LOT61 Coffee Roasters, based in Amsterdam.
They sent over 40 kg of their fresh batch of Yunnan Red Sparrow beans from Yunnan province in China. Using the innovative Thermal Shock process, the beans are subjected to rapid heating and cooling following anaerobic fermentation to lock in all intense flavours
The notes of honeydew Melon and dragonfruit flavours, alongside our luxurious malt bill with cacao and vanilla editions, create a rich experience balancing a sweet dessert with your favourite cold brew coffee to find a perfect balance.
