Putting NZH-101, an experimental New Zealand hop, firmly in the spotlight. Bright lemonade, zesty lime and sweet mandarin lead the way, alongside a lively sherbet character, subtle red berry notes and soft tropical stone fruit flavours of peach and mango. A crisp, clean finish and gentle, moreish bitterness let the distinctive character of NZH-101 shine. NZ Cascade adds another layer of tropical fruit, with passionfruit, mango, papaya and kiwi complemented by juicy peach, nectarine and white peach.
