Homer’s Ithaca is a flavour-packed 6.2% IPA loaded with NZ Cascade, El Dorado and Citra hops. Expect a vibrant combination of tropical fruit, citrus and juicy stone fruit, with layers of grapefruit, orange, mango and ripe peach coming through alongside a soft, rounded bitterness.
A modern hop-forward IPA with plenty of character, Homer’s Ithaca brings together the distinctive citrus and fruit-forward qualities of NZ Cascade with the tropical notes of El Dorado and the punchy citrus character of Citra. The result is a highly aromatic, flavourful IPA that’s well balanced.
