We knocked heads in early September and set out to brew two 6.5% IPA’s, both with the same malt bill, the same yeast, but one to showcase a blend of our favourite New Zealand hops, and the other to showcase a blend of our favourite Australian hops.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChris, Head Brewer at PDBC, joined us in Cornwall mid last month to brew the first beer, Take A Trip To London.
