Vegan: registered with The Vegan Society, so a big yeah yeah here too.
Beer: almost anything, as the Classic Karkli is not going to overpower your beer.
White wine: got to have this with a Sauvignon Blanc that is especially crisp and dry though if you find a Southern-French blend of Gros Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc grapes then you will have a lot of fun.
Red wine: definitely a Shiraz, one that already has a little spicy flavour, to help bring out the cumin flavour of Karkli, neither will be fighting for the headline slot.
