Fine Wine from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
The grapes are carefully selected Zinfandel vineyards in the Lodi region of central California, a hot region known for producing excellent quality Zinfandel. To make this Rosé the grapes are lightly crushed to get the pretty pink colour then the must be fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve the ripe berry aromas.
