Bluecoat Gin was named in honour of the soldiers that fought for America's Independence in the Revolutionary War. It celebrates in the independent spirit of these free thinking revolutionaries and the notion of sacrificing for the greater good.
Distilled in a custom, hand-hammered copper pot still, Bluecoat Gin represents the pinnacle of artisanal craft spirits. Only the smoothest, most flavourful cuts are bottled.
The unique still design, similar to a traditional whiskey still, allows distillates to manipulate and enhance the distillation process to produce a delicate spirit with a refreshingly light taste.
