Grape varieties: 60% Merlot – 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
Colour: ruby red tending to purple. With aging it becomes garnet
Nose profile: very elegant wine with fruity hints like blueberry and blackberry. It presents toasted and vanilla tings
Palate profile: fruity, dry, warm and full bodied. Tannins feel softly thanks to the aging in barriques.
FOOD MATCHING: An excellent wine with roasted meats, in particular pork, lamb and goat. Ideal also with game. And appreciated as a meditation wine.
