Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom
Pale, hazy and smooth, you know the drill! In our latest DDH we've changed this up hot side with a hefty Saaz mash hop with Nelson + Phantasm in the whirlpool. Things get all sauvignon from the Nelson but are moved into a more tropical fruit lane with the added Phantasm powder. Power house Simcoe and Mosaic are leading the dry hop but we've also fermented with an extra fruity new yeast strain that has added delicious layers of peach, tangerine and more tropical fruit! It's a fruity medley packed with flavour!
