A big part of our ethos here at Polly’s is getting the absolute max out of every ingredient we use to brew with. This is all on show with Every Piece Matters - two of our favourite hops in Citra and Mosaic are at play here, as bright citrus notes meld with tropical fruit punch flavours to produce an IPA which is all about super low bitterness and high juiciness - every single iteration of this beer just seems to get better, and our brewers were itching to crowbar it back into our brew plans once again.

An amplified version of our phenomenally popular Citra Mosaic IPA from our dearly departed Originals range; bringing all those incredible hop characteristics to the fore; with bright, punchy citrus fruit notes, backed up with tangerine, berry and bubblegum notes from the freshest possible crops of these Stateside slammers.
